By using the services of Patriot Shipping Experts LLC (“Patriot Shipping Experts,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.

1. Services Provided

Patriot Shipping Experts LLC is a licensed auto transport broker that arranges vehicle transportation with licensed and insured motor carriers. We do not own or operate trucks and are not responsible for physical transportation; we coordinate service between customers and carriers.

2. Quotes & Bookings

All quotes are based on the information you provide. Changes to the pickup or delivery address, vehicle condition, size, or requested transport type may affect the price. Bookings are confirmed when we have your written or verbal authorization.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be discussed at booking. A deposit may be required, with the balance paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. Accepted payment methods may include cash, cashier’s check, money order, or other agreed-upon methods.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. We and the assigned carrier will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of changes.

5. Vehicle Condition

Your vehicle must be operable unless otherwise agreed. Any pre-existing damage will be documented before transport. Neither Patriot Shipping Experts nor the carrier is responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

6. Liability & Insurance

All assigned carriers are required to have valid insurance. Claims for loss or damage must be made directly with the carrier. Patriot Shipping Experts LLC is not liable for damages beyond our control.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees may apply if cancellation occurs after a carrier has been assigned.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, vehicle, and location details.
• Be available or have a representative present at pickup and delivery.
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle unless prior arrangements are made.

9. Communication & Marketing

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related calls, emails, and SMS messages from Patriot Shipping Experts LLC. Marketing messages will only be sent with your consent, and you may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or emailing hello@patriotshippingexperts.com.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Patriot Shipping Experts LLC operates. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that state.
